Karol was extremely professional and efficient in his work on our flat. We had a variety of problems with the boiler, gas and plumbling leakage and he dealt with them all with real skill and in good time. He was also very helpfull in keeping us updated on what was happening and explaining the problems in real terms. We were very happy with his work.
